Hey guys

I'm rebuilding my first mill. I purchased a rebuilt feed nut. I noticed that the brass nut has not been drilled for the oil line. Should I drill this out to the diameter of the hole in the housing?

Thanks!

Is it for the table or crosslide? For the table, if it is the two separate nuts (split nuts) then there's no need to drill a hole.....the lube will drip down from the casting and in between the two nuts and lubricate the nuts/screw.
