Default Filling chipped out epoxy on an permanent-electro magnet chuck

I have a Technomagnete quad extra chuck with the red epoxied (Not sure if its epoxy)boundaries. It is shipped in spots and I want to fill them in.

I have tried to contact them on their recommendations but have not heard back in a few weeks.

What would you use for an epoxy or something similar to fill in the gaps?

    Default

Just a guess, but we have a large electro-magnet for lifting material, some years back we noticed chipping around the coil unit and contacted the manufacturer, there tech guy told us to just reseal any chipped areas with JB weld, (the non metal reinforced type)
    Been working great ever since...………….
