Fryer MC-20 need to lower head manually

We have a dead Fryer MC-20, the controller burned up and now has no power. We are trying to find a way to lower the head so that we can get this thing out through the door, trying not to ruin it anymore its GFE. Any suggestions or does anyone know how to get the head down to the table?

Put a few photos on of the head etc.

Pull the Z axis motor and turn the ball screw by hand, then secure the counterweight with a bar through the column.
