A friend has one. Actually not bad for a lightweight mill. Was surprised to find proper tapered gibs, a split x axis nut, and a quiet head. Funny electrics though- plan on replacing the switch etc. And please relocate the spindle on switch- back of the column doesn’t seem most logical!
Easier to get into a basement, if that’s your goal. If you’ve got a workshop on grade that’s easy to move into, would suggest a full size turret mill.

I've seen and used worse - bearing in mind what has been said about the switchgear, if the machine is, the right size for what you want, reasonably ''tight'', not making any odd noises and in your budget, .ignore the naysayers, sceptics, purists and elitists etc etc you'll find on this forum and go for it.
