Going back to an old post someone "liked"?

When someone likes a post I may have responded to months or years ago, I get a message in my notifications that so and so like the post, but lots of times I can't remember what it was about, who started it , or where it even was. Is there a way to go back to that thread? Clicking on the notification just takes me to the persons message page.

Don't click on "notification" (likers user name), instead find the title in the notification and click on that - then you will be in the post that was "liked"

(Your cursor will let you know when you get over there to something clickable)
