Good morning everyone.
We purchased a non working Haco brake at an auction over a year ago, Model ERMS 36-150 from the year 2007. It starts up, the monitor turns on and programs load. We can modify the programs, but the brake and back gauge do not home, programs do not execute, beam moves up when foot paddle is depressed but not down.
I added some pictures to give you an idea what machine and controller it is. We made the mistake right of performing a factory reset.
We tried contacting Haco so they can come perform service work on it. They do not respond to our requests. Is there anyone on here familiar with this machine?
