Few days ago, I have ordered hard anodizing of some parts.. Thickness what we asked was around 2MIL,Thou/50μm.
Parts are blasted with aluminium oxide prior anodization.
We did sent them 2-3 parts for test before we did send whole batch.Everything was as expected, no surface defects or colour variation.
When we sent them whole batch, every part was kinda ruined with this surface cosmetic defects.
Factory that did anodizing claims that it is extrusion problem ( cooling of extrusion ).
Could someone experienced see what am I dealing with.
