Very nice. Great idea, that's thinking outside the box. I have an Ingersoll 90° air drill similar to that one, it's a torque monster. I think it would break my arm before stalling.

Ack, that is probably a steam turbine housing, so likely steam nozzles.
 
Way to go, HBs we’re one of my favourite machines ( except the TOS, I got bloody mesmerised by the controls), inventive, well played

A Plus at the ingenious tool making :D
I cant claim full credit to it, the tool was made years and years ago. I just remembered we had it and it would get these bolts out

Its used mostly for drilling on a lathe.

How do you index the spacing?

L7
Level out split line, sweep seal bore for center, put mill in neutral to rotate spindle, pick up location by sweeping bolt in, shift mill into low gear so spindle dosent turn, turn on air and remove bolt.
