that is a varistor, not a capacitor, S20 is the amperage value, KK.. is voltage (which is not readable in the pic), you can have a look at a datasheet pdf, this for instance - https://www.mouser.com/datasheet/2/136/SIOV_Leaded_StandarD-81501.pdf and try to guesstimate what the voltage rating should be for it
Thanks guys, that was fast. Replacements are on the way. The reason for the fail is a 120V outlet that was rarely used is improperly hooked to the wild leg on a center tapped delta. That will be fixed yet this morning.
