Not capacitor but overvoltage protection varistor.

Voltage rating is burnt off but it looks like hundred-something volts.
If this is for north american 120v service you can replace it with 130v rms rated one.
Replacements should be available from any component distributor like Digi-Key for example.

that is a varistor, not a capacitor, S20 is the amperage value, KK.. is voltage (which is not readable in the pic), you can have a look at a datasheet pdf, this for instance - https://www.mouser.com/datasheet/2/136/SIOV_Leaded_StandarD-81501.pdf and try to guesstimate what the voltage rating should be for it
