Help Identify This

Hello,

Being a newbie to metal working, I bought an old Cleveland vertical mill.
It is in tremendous shape and I paid next to nothing for it at an auction. It came with the tool holder in the attached photos. I’d like to know what taper it is and if there are collets available.

Think it's a 40 taper arbour for a shell mill or face mill myself

This will go much better with some effort. Put something in pic for scale, also numbers and writing on it. Might be a clue, tell us what it says. And take a picture of the end that goes in the machine.

Possibly BT35, taper isn't long enough for CAT 40 (2.687) this looks more like 2-1/4 and BT35 is 2.224
