How should I grind Everede tool C6 inserts for threading on a 10 degree boring bar?

Exactly as you would for a tool at 90 deg to the work, but offsetting the angles by the amount of lead, all other clearances etc etc stay the same

The last one's I ground for threading, I used the boring bar to hold the insert and set the angles at 60 degrees to the axis of the boring bar. In my case, set at about 75-1/2 degrees to the axis of the boring bar for grinding an Acme threading tool. Got to be careful not to hit the boring bar with your grinding wheel!
Once that part is done, Fixture up to kiss the top of the threading insert to give you a flat neutral angle surface, this will take you a little bit to figure out and do. My setup was done on a K. O. Lee T & C grinder using the universal head. The boring bar was held in a 5C collet in the UH.
