?? Given that rotating in certs has never required any down time at all, one surely HOPES there is a great deal more useful work being done at the same time!

Ya...Studded tires had to be off by April 15th ya knows.

I am unable to make a post using Chrome Version 67.0.3396.87 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Windows 7 Home Premium. The main box to type in is grayed out and unusable. Works fine with Firefox 48.0.2 on the same system.
