I have a small quantity job coming up. Basically face, drill and ream to 3/8. Material is 3/4 304, quantity is 25 . These have to be parted also at 2". I also have 25 pieces that need to be faced on one end then parted at 2.5".
I have an Iscar DGTR 1616-2 tool holder, I'd like to do the facing and parting with it if possible. Can someone recommend an insert?
