I have been having issues with my Servo 140 power feed on my Clausing mill. It would work okay in one direction, but get bogged down and growl going the other. The rapid travel also was a problem. Did some research and was recommended to call Wayne at Machine Tool Electronics in Dallas - (214) 631-4833. I did and Wayne was fantastic. He immediately diagnosed the problem (Armature rubbing the field) and gave me instructions on how to fix it. It now is working like new and took less to fix than it did to remove the servo from my mill.
