Kearney and Trecker Model D

I am looking for information on a Kearney and Trecker Model D Rotary Head Milling Machine

I know that it has:

460V
3phase
60 cycle
However, not quite sure what that all means.

Serial # 58-1006-05-0

I read on a different post that 1006 meant it was manufactured in 1925, does that seem correct?

I welcome any and all information, as I am new to this.

after 90 years I would be surprised if it has the original motor.

JennyW has another post on a P&W jig borer. As with this one, only info is S/N and MOTOR nameplate. Both appear in "general" AND in "antiques".

Unless one is in the biz of selling replacement motors for Other People's Old Iron - damned slim market that can be - that isn't going to address very much at all of the more important stuff relevant to machine-tools.
