Hello, I have this Pantograph and I'm debating on getting rid of it. I don't know too much about it and how much its worth. Does anybody have more wisdom about this machine? It does turn on, spindle and arms move.IMG_20210910_113323037.jpgIMG_20210913_135825406.jpgIMG_20210913_135832942.jpg

Pro trophy shops and other markets for pantograph engravers mostly use computer operated engravers now, so old machines are mostly of interest to hobbyists. And little shops usually want little machines. So a machinery dealer might ask a lot for a big pantograph, knowing it was an expensive machine when new. But it will sit for years until he scraps it, cuts the price and/or gets lucky.

I got my medium-size (575 pounds without tooling) pantograph from a dealer who set an attractive price, rather lower than the value of the several sets of brass type that came with it. In other words, if you have no type, the machine itself has little value.
