Lot of buzzwords in that press release. Certain to be a train wreck.
Laguna (which sells mostly woodworking machinery based in California) not to be confused with Lagun (based in Spain)....totally different companies.Lagun has a line on cheaper Chinese suppliers than Dake did......

Did anyone notice this modest statement at the bottom of that link?
