larger aluminum tubing

We are a roller manufacturer in Green Bay Wisconsin and lately have received a number of quotes for aluminum rollers made from larger aluminum tubing, 10" to 16" and possibly larger. does anyone have a good source for this size tubing? On some of the shorter rollers, we have had aluminum plate rolled and welded, but on the longer rollers, that's not really an option.

If you can use castings, I've had big tubular stuff spun-cast. You end up with fairly short lengths of tubing but the price is way lower. It's better stuff than normal castings, since the spinning action densifies and degasses the material. In bronze, you can't tell it's not wrought material.

Alro show 10" and 12" x 1/4" wall. Yarde Metals and and TW Metals have some bigger sizes. I would think EMJ probably has some large stuff as well.
