I have a very old monarch (not sure of model and stated swing) that’s around 12-13”. Definitely less than my 15x30 leblond which is also MT3.

My Graziano SAG 12 has MT#3 and it has a pretty small footprint, but then again, it does weigh 2,200 lbs. Not sure what you are after.
