Leblond Regal 13 metric thread
I currently have a Regal trainer and would like to be able to cut metric threads. I am having difficulty finding exactly what I need to do this. I have heard some mention of a 127 tooth gear. I also would like to know where (if possible) this gear could be purchased. Thanks in advance

PDF Page 5 has a description as of 1943. Doesn't have to be a 50 and a 127 - a very close approximation is a 63 and an 80 (for a differing approach to metrication, and the ratio it is approximating is 1.27 to 1 instead of 50 and 127's 2.54 to 1)

Any idea where these could be obtained?

Obtain is probably not the right word. For fun you could take the code off page 5 for your size lathe and ask Le Blond. I say for fun, because if they did do anything to help, the cost would likely not be to your liking.
The other approach is to acquire for yourself whatever is necessary knowledge wise to know enough about your left end gear train to acquire (or make) the various pieces - including gears - to make it be able to cut some metric threads
On Edit - here are two parts of Running A Regal from 1946. If you look on PDF page 22 of the second one it at least mentions metric threads
