loading images

I'm having a difficult time trying to load images on an item I've listed for sale. I'm clicking on manage attachments, then I hit add files, and then browse. I then hit upload and after a minute or so it says upload failed. I'm not a computer guy and requested help the last time but it went easy after I saw the manage attachment box. I'm missing something. thanks

Be sure you change the image to small when you save it on your PC. It will reject those large pixel pictures. After your picture downloads into the first line, you have to check the little box at top right, then left click on the photo and drag it down to the bottom line and then hit done or if you have a few pic's. it says save inline I think...and you hit save...or something like that. I am sure at the bottom of the forum lists, they have a step by step procedure too.

reduced to small image but it failed also, can't be this hard I've done it before, thanks for trying to help
