Circular Thread Roll's production life enhancement

We are circular thread roll manufacturer but facing life issue with our roll, we tried everything from surface treatment with pvd and other pro treatment but the result is same which is very less as compare to few renowned manufacturer.

Please suggest ways to improve life.

Got to thinking a little bit.
Are you sure that the rolls are 'timed' properly? They need to be synched by timing marks on the rolls. Maybe you can find some additional info in the attached links...
