I'm looking to wire cut a hub. need it to be for 1.5" x 35 spline shaft.
im looking for drawings or cad on the shaft
any help is appreciated

I can't imagine it would be too hard to find on the Internet, have you tried Google.com? It's a very helpful search program that people use to find information.

Link to a spline calculator. You haven't even said what type of spline you want. How is anyone ever going to help?

If its an involute spline its a 24/48 pitch. As far as pressure angle and flat root or full fillet, only the OP knows for sure.

We don't even know if the thing is internal or otherwise. They could be Hexagonal splines, and they could be Hex. They could be splines or involute. They could be missing teeth, serrated, etc, etc.
