Looking for tooling recommendations for side milling a depression

Hey fellas, I'm programming to side mill a depression in a 12 foot long part with a critical shoulder down below. I can't use a very big tool as the shoulder is machined to be a set point for another mating part. The depression is .250 inch deep and 1.658 inches wide. I am cutting 1145 steel that has been plasma cut. I don't have the ability to set the part up facing me as it would stick 12 feet. This is a part we will potentially produce on a regular basis so rather than look for a different set up, I;m wondering what there is out there for tools that can handle this. Preferably a carbide inserted indexable cutter. What do you guys use/recommend? Thanks!
