Not sure if this is in the right section, if not mods please move

Does anyone know of a dealer in the Northeast that will purchase a complete shop at a fair price.I realize they want to resell for a profit. Just looking for a place will offer a reasonable price

Why not Auction it off? At least you don't have to sell it so low as to leave room for someone else to mark it up.

Closed due to meaningless topic title...and for that matter meaningless content..."a complete shop" tells us nothing.... it could be a 3,000 sq ft of worthless antiques or 50,000 sq ft of late CNC machines or something in between...makes night and day difference what this "complete shop" comprises.
