Good Afternoon Guys!

I hope everyone is staying safe during these crazy times.

I am hoping someone is able to point me in the right directions. I am looking for an machine shop to bevel a few steel sheet 12' long, 3" wide. Please see attached pictures.

Any Recommendations, would be helpful. I am located in Florida, but willing to transport.

Are those spiderwebs on the camera lense or on the steel??

Bevel dimensions could/would/might be helpful too FWIW......

😂 Yeah that's an spider web.

Dimensions vary depending on material thickness but it needs to be cut so that the edge sits flat on the table.

In the time it would take to ship them out and get them back a healthy guy like me could put on a very nice looking file bevel. How large a bevel and how many is a few.

Even faster would be disk made bevel but not as pretty.

A few is usually 5 or less in my book

A few would be around 60 10-12' plates. It would need to be an machined edged

Do you mean the 45* angle on the end of the strip that you circled in the photo ?

Ironworker. Put your strip in, hit the pedal, kerchunk done.

If I'm not mistaken, the OP stated edge, not end. That would be the edge of a 12 foot strip. Don't recall any ironworkers that would handle that.

Depending on tolerances it could possibly be done with an angle grinder.

The key though is having a track/guide/reference surface that is straight & rigid enough to reference the cut from.

Yup, or a track burner (oxy or plasma)

BUT...because the OP is releasing info at a snails pace, one may never know.

Things like:
1. Material
2. size of bevel & tolerance
3. End use
