Can someone advise me if had experience in manufacturing a mixt of materials consist of: Aluminium HB ~90 + steel 13MN6 R with HB~370. It is a chamfering operation by a boring tool depth of cut between 1 to 2 mm. I'm interested in SC inserts or other solution possible. Cutting datas, time life, coolant.
