I need to make a slot punch, 11mm X 20mm 200mm long (_).
last time I milled it with corner radius mill and finished with hand stone (it's not really precision die) but I would like to know how to do it on surface grinder if possible.
is it done by dressing the wheel to concave radius or other method?
Material will be d2 or o1 pre hardened, might finish grinding post treated as well.
