Master Jaw for Kitagawa chuck

I have a Kitigawa chuck on a Mazak qt15. When I change the soft jaws from job to job, I've notices that the master jaws are slightly loose. This is causing a problem for me to keep faces on jobs smaller than 1" flat with .003, so I know they need to be replaced. I was wondering if anyone knew if it was possible to just have the master jaws reworked, if that's even possible or is it better to just buy a new chuck? Which is more cost effective? Thanks
 
Master jaws on Kitagawa chucks are made somewhat loose to begin with, for purposes of interchangeability. Most of their product offerings are commodity, first-operation production chucks, so accuracy and repeatability down to within a few thousandths is difficult at best.
