Morse Taper to Straight Shank

Guys looking at the pic,I am in search of what is on the right side its a 1" Straight Shank by a #3 Morse Taper.I don't know what they are called to do a search to locate where to purchase few of these.I can find several that is 1" Straight Shank by #2 MT but no luck finding #3MT.What are these called and is this something that is so odd or maybe no longer made?Thanks guys for any help,links,ideals.

I've searched before and have never found one.
I had one that I think that someone made from a larger like 1 1/8 or 1 1/4"

+ 1 on what he said, ………...find a ''toughened'' rather than ''hardened and ground'' (which aren't all that hard anyway) and turn it down.

I know them as turret sockets - or capstan sockets.
 
Yup, what Limy says.

I have purchased 2" o.d. and turned them down to 1" o.d. using carbide.
