No, and Mine had a two speed motor. Depending on condition, Imean if your Takisawa is pristine, maybe I'd look for a two speed motor, but if it's not really nice I'd buy the largest 3 phase single speed motor that will fit and set it up with a VFD and electronic tach. Mine was such a beauty, I hated to sell it.

How do you know it's shot? Could there be an issue with the contactors?
