I need a small american mill, Rockwell 21-100 also good. I'm not knowledgable about mills just need to replace my homemade Rockwell mill/drill - I can't make parts on a lawnmower anymore. PLEASE somebody if you're not

Need something ready to work, can pay 2000-3000 plus freight. If its close to the 2000 mark I can come pack and arrange the move but if closer to 3000 I can only afford freight.
