Need help identifying/sourcing an oddball screw

This is a screw for a piece of furniture. The dimensions are 5/16 diameter and 1" long, 9 TPI, but cut to the depth for 18 TPI, like a double start thread, but without one of the threads. The head is a pan head with a Phillips drive. Any idea what this kind of screw might be called? The other part is the mating Helicoil. I'm looking for a source for 100 of them.
