Hi All:
So I've always wanted a dovetail angle plate for the wire EDM and now I have one.
I took a scrap chunk of 316 stainless and went to town yesterday.
Here's what it looks like.
I built the little electrode vise decades ago; I also have angle plates and mounting plates.
This stuff was all made for the sinker because I was too damn cheap to buy from 3R or Hirschmann.
If I was doing this right, I'd have made it out of 440C stainless and hardened it but I was too lazy to bother.
It'll probably still outlive me, if I don't beat it up.
