Just found these rummaging through my junk.
Smooth handles, theres no letter after 1912.
No circle around the logo.
No stamps on inside of handles.
In really great condition but have surface rust.

Are these really from 1912!?

Ps if anyone gets real interested I can load some full size pictures for better viewing but It’s a pain so I’m procrastinating.

Nifty pliers. Ordinary slip joint pliers, snubbed by the Snap-On crowd.

That's interesting! Just browsing through for no particular reason, and I come across Fig. 55 - 1821[-7-1/2] 7.5 Inch Lineman's "Universal Combination" Pliers.

Upon seeing the picture, I vividly recall a pair of these from my childhood, exactly like that to the detail. I'm not sure who had them, my grandfather perhaps - I spent a lot of time using his tools as a child. I wonder how they got over here?

Thanks for that link, reggie. Quite a few years ago I was on a kick buying Kraeuter pliers on ebay. I lost interest after 30 or so pair (including the 1821 mentioned above), but they are nice pliers and I've used all of them at one time or another. Of course, the cutters are sometimes useless on used tools. I don't have the 1912. I thought I had some literature, but I can't locate it.
