    Lightbulb Nicco NSG-520 Racket Wheel

Looking for a Ratchet Wheel for this Nicco NSG-520 Hyd. Surface Grinder. Or can anyone point me in the right direction to get this made or to contact.
The wheel itself is just over 6" in diameter.

Yes, it is misspell. Meant to be Ratchet Wheel. It goes on the down feed for automatic operation, or to be click on and move the spindle down as low as .0002 at a time. There is about 1800 hundred little teeth marks on the wheel. Any help? Thanks.
