Oil line size for one shot oil system

My mill has a one shot system with aluminum feed lines. The use a compression fitting where they connect to the ways. It's not 1/8" because I tried copper tube and it did not work. This is a Taiwan mill so I wasn't sure if anyone knew if it were 5/32 or some metric size.
 
It is most likely 3mm. When you order it, remember to get the little brass sleeves for the inside of the tube. I did not do this the first time and the ferrels crushed my tube when I tightened them up.
