Bridgeport Series II Serial Number Look-Up - Age Identifier

I couldn't find a source online to identify the age of the Bridgeport Series II, so I got out my big serial number book and looked it up. I figured I would post my findings here for everyone else to reference when needed:

I am new to the forum - I come on here often for information but this is my first thread. I didn't see the BP section, but if a moderator could move it to a better section of the forum, it would be appreciated.

Joined in 2010 and only your 3rd post. Norman, you've got to get your priorities straight. You should be obsessed with this by now and spending all waking hours here.

The BP forum is under the machines side and listed as BP & Hardinge mills and lathes. I don't know why we have to share with those Hardinge guys, they're a little weird. I have to go, the chip the aliens put in me is going off.
