I've been using a CPAP for several years now with the nasal pillows and am having a difficult time finding a set-up where the nasal pillows stay properly positioned as I move in my sleep. As I turn they sometimes shift slightly and start to leak around my nostrils resulting in more noise. Is there anything out there that does a good job staying position if you move your head while sleeping. I sleep through it, but my partner will be happier if it is quieter in bed. She'll also stop waking me up when it is particularly loud or annoying. I've used the Res Med P10 and it was comfortable, but not very stable and the Philips Nuance which is fairly stable and doesn't move as much, but is also louder and vented right at the nose which can be annoying to my partner.
