OT. Problem sending Private Messages in this forum!

When I compose and try to send a PM to another forum member, this is what I get

You have reached your stored private message quota and cannot send any further messages until space has been created

What does it mean and how do I deal with it! To my knowledge I have no 'stored' private message. If I do, I have no idea how to access or clear them.

Go up to the "NOTIFICATIONS" button at the top of your screen and click on it, then click "IN BOX" and then start deleting stuff in your in box and your sent items . . . easypeasy
