Al'll be around as long as he wants to be. You'd have to meet him to understand.

Best to do cash business with Al, in person.
Care to explain? I could not believe there would be any viable excuse for what he does. Even on this site there are stories of being ripped off by him going back as long as I have been a member here and that is going on 15 years.

My take is that it's a combination of incompetence, stupidity and indifference, more than larceny. Still I find it hard to understand how he is still in business.

I ordered a batch of 30 cat toolholders from him long ago, not knowing it was him, and received 15 in a box. I complained that I only got 15. He shipped me 2 more boxes of toolholders., 15 in each box.

If there is one thing that seems to be very common among trump cult members is that they are mostly conspiracy theorists. Like the one about Hillary running a child sex ring out of the basement of a pizza shop....that didn't have a basement. I suppose that if you get your "news" from rush and fox it is to be expected.

I don't condone his behavior. If you read here, I'm capable of calling him out. If you're interested in more details, pm me.

He's one of only a few used equipment dealers within easy driving distance from me and (most of the time ) I believe in getting along with people I run into often, even if I disagree with them.

As I said before, it's best to do business with him in person.

I always google the name of anyone I am doing business with. And google said phone numbers. Just cheap insurance in my opinion.

That wasn't Al Babin, that was the owner of Plaza Machinery that passed away. Though after his passing Al Babin registered a very similar site name to try and leverage their good name for his use.

    Joe Bergamo, Plaza Machinery.
Please don't confuse Joe B with slime ball Al babin (who did try to impersonate Plaza Machinery after it closed)
