Go to the Rockwell IO Group and sign up for membership. In their files section, there are several files on different manuals for these lathes. Just have to go thru and pick the one that matches your lathe.
There are two major different 14" lathes Rockwell built, one with a handwheel for adjusting the spindle speeds and one with a lever to adjust the spindle speeds. Oh, and one more, the later lathe with a clutch-brake addition.
Members of the group can help you with any questions you may have. Likewise, members here can offer help, too.
