Pneumatic Vise on saw not working correctly. Saw Model MEP SL 350 MP

I have a pneumatic vise on an old MEP SL 350 saw that isn't working correctly, it seems to release the clamps when I engage the blade and pull it down towards the material and then push the vise back against the material when I release the trigger and return the blade back towards is resting position.

Any thoughts on this?

YOu need to post pics of the saw, I don't know that the model number is descriptive enough

This is a semi auto?

I took the hoses off the clamping vise , cleaned them out and reversed them and now it locks when pulling down and releases when I release. someone must have switched the lines
