Practical Machinist material grades

Okay so, I know this isn't machining but it is to do with the forum.
I'm new to the forum and have noticed the different materials below peoples names. I was wondering;
A)What they all are
B)What they mean
C)How you "Level Up"?

I think they reflect the number of times a member has posted. It is an automatic process that you will notice happening if you do more posting.

You will notice that the progression is toward the harder materials. This is where "hard ass" comes into play.
