I just picked up 1pc of 1/4 x 4 x 20ft.....$67. I don't purchase a lot of this, how far outta whack is that from what you pay?

It varies according to shape. Seems a little steep to me, but that's wider than I usually get.
If all you bought was one piece of steel that doesn't help either. I. Know I pay the same $10 fuel surcharge whether it's one stick or a hundred. It's also still $10 even though fuel is half the price it was when they instituted the charge.

Sounds reasonable for one stick.
I just ordered a few sheets of AR500F today and paid right at $1 a pound for hard alloy.
I would expect 1/4" x 4" to A36 be around $0.50 a pound starting around a few hundred to 1000 lbs.
