Please tell me the function of the device pictured in great detail on another forum. I’m able to post full-size photos there but not here, for unknown reasons, and members complain. So after getting PO’d at this small photo please visit the link to view many large photos. The chamfered hole in middle of device is 2” dia.D1212220-0967-4956-8D24-2AD91DE49F43.jpg

I dare you to figure out what this does | Antiques Board
 
Who says it cut's anything ??

Note the "equal on both sides of the hole" construction ?

Could be a filter changer for an extruder.
