I have a small plate heat exchanger on a piece of equipment.
Lube oil on one side, water based coolant on the other.
The unit is small, but replacement cost is over $1K. Must be special ;-)
At any rate, stuff happens, and a lot of stuff went into and through both sides.
I'm flushing with DOM, but the debris just keeps coming. tapering off though.
Is there a "best practices" for this cleaning effort.
System pressures are 0 to 14psi on the water side, up to 80 psi on the oil side.
The last thing I want is a cracked seam !
