Regarding chamfer tool to measure counter sunk hole

Hi,
Can anyone please help me out how to measure the countersink with following dimensions dia 10.01mm with 0.50mm tolerance and angle 100 degrees with 40 degrees tolerance as shown in the pic

I was going to suggest a ball bearing and some trig before I realized +/-20* wasn't a typo.
 
Probably going to take two go-no go gauges: one for the angle and one for the diameter.

But with such wide tolerances, why bother checking? The tools you use to make it should not wear out of tolerance in 100 years.
 
Cut a couple templates for minimum and maximum angle. The template has to be thin enough for the operator to see the fit on the angle. For a shot run even cardboard could work. Use go and not go pin gauges for the hole.
