hi every body
i should make attached part.
I m not sure how should be made.
Overall geometry could made by EDM Wire but what about the grooves?!
the groove is cylindrical in start and end and square in middle
piece is very tiny so its difficult to use CNC milling or edm sinking
which type of machinery should be used?!
(i try to attached 3d step file but file size is 400 KB and server do not accept it.)
