Rockwell BSO 25 Bandsaw Blade Welder manual wanted

I have one of these obsolete but still working machines. I'm hoping someone else who has one has the Operators Manual and will scan it and email it to me. I've done some blade repairs and have had limited success. I'm trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong and the book would be very handy. Thanks in advance.

The one you want is near the bottom of the list: Delta #28-714 / 28-715 Blade Welder / Flash Grinder.

The first 4 pages explain how it works, but the pictures are of an American model that has - CanYouBelieveIt - actual words on the faceplate instead of a bunch of messed-up, German hieroglyphs.

Page 5 shows the German face plate, making it possible to confirm that it is the same machine. I have the original IDEAL Company version with the German faceplate rather than the American version with the Rockwell faceplate.

The American faceplate is better.

Looks a lot like the Ideal welder on my Powermatic 87 saw. Not sure if I have a manual, I'll look when I get to the shop later.
